Submission Policy

What you can submit
Trading cards (Pokémon, sports, TCG and vintage) in raw condition or in third-party slabs. We currently do not accept cards with active mould, heavy adhesive residue or biohazard contamination.
How to submit
Complete the submission form, receive your submission number, and ship your card in a rigid protective sleeve inside a tracked parcel. Never ship cards loose.
Declared value
You must declare a realistic value for every card at submission. The declared value determines handling tier and insurance coverage.
Turnaround
Target turnaround times will be published at launch and always measured from the day your card is logged into the lab, not the shipping date.
Returns
Cards are returned via tracked, insured shipping. Optional Under the Holo display cases are non-sealed: you can remove the card at any time.
Content permission
Your card appears in our YouTube content only if you explicitly opt in during submission.
