The service
Under the Holo provides independent trading card inspection, preservation and grading estimates. We are not a certified grading company and we are not affiliated with PSA, CGC, BGS, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo or any trading card manufacturer.
Estimates are opinions
Every estimate is a professional, evidence-based opinion of the likely condition range of a card. It is not a guarantee. Certified grading companies apply their own standards and their result may differ from our estimate. We accept no liability for grading outcomes, market values or purchase decisions based on our reports.
Your card
Cards remain your property at all times. We perform only careful, non-invasive handling and never alter, trim, press or chemically treat a card. Cards are returned via tracked shipping.
Digital records
Each inspection produces a digital report linked to a unique inspection ID and QR code. We may retain inspection photographs and data to operate the passport service and, only with your explicit permission, to create content.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage while a card is in our custody is limited to the declared value stated at submission. Full insurance terms will be published with the submission service.
